Registering for My Movie Gallery

Anyone 13 years of age or older can sign up for My Movie Gallery, a personalized version of moviegallery.com

  1. Click "Sign In" on any page on the site.
  2. Type your e-mail address and choose "No, I am a new member".
  3. Click the submit button.
  4. Your e-mail address will be validated before you're taken to the registration page. If the e-mail address is already in use by another user, you will get an error message. If not, it will be automatically added into the e-mail address field on the registration page.
  5. Fill in all information. All fields marked with asterisks are required. You will receive an error message unless these fields are complete.
  6. Select the newsletters you wish to subscribe to.
  7. Click on "Create My Membership." 
  8. If there is an error or a required field is missing, you will get an error message. Please correct any errors and click on "Create My Membership."
  9. You will receive a confirmation message when registration is complete.

Signing In

  1. Click "Sign In" on any page of the site.
  2. Your e-mail address is your ID. Enter it in the box provided.
  3. Click on "Yes, I have password" and enter your password.
  4. Click the "submit" button.
  5. If an error occurs, correct any errors and resubmit.

Forgotten Password

  1. On the sign in page, click on "Forgot Your Password" which is located under the submit button.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and click the "submit" button.
  3. You will soon receive an e-mail with your password. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact us at webproducer@moviegallery.com.

Modifying a My Movie Gallery Account

  1. Go to the "sign in" page.
  2. Type your e-mail address and password in the appropriate boxes.
  3. Click "Modify Profile".
  4. Your account information will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Change any of the account information by changing the text fields.
  6. Once your changes are complete, click on the "submit" button.
  7. You will receive a message stating that your changes were made successfully. (You also have the option to change your e-mail address and password from this page.)

Changing the e-mail Address on Your Account

  1. Go to the "sign in" page.
  2. Type your e-mail address and password in the appropriate boxes.
  3. Click "Change your E-mail".
  4. Two fields will appear on the screen.
  5. Enter your new e-mail address.
  6. Enter your e-mail address again to confirm it's correct.
  7. Once your changes are complete, click on the "submit" button.
  8. You will receive a message state that your changes were made successfully.

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to the "sign in" page.
  2. Type your e-mail address and password in the appropriate boxes.
  3. Click "Change your Password".
  4. Three fields will appear on the screen.
  5. Enter your old password.
  6. Enter your new password.
  7. Enter your new password again to confirm it's correct.
  8. Once your changes are complete, click on the "submit" button.
  9. You will receive a message state that your changes were made successfully.

 For up-to-date movie and store information delivered free via e-mail weekly, sign up for "My Movie Gallery"   and choose to subscribe to the newsletter.

 If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, open the last one you received and click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. If you have difficulties or questions, please e-mail newsletter@moviegallery.com.
